Every AI decision is written to a SHA-256 hash-chained record that can be verified and exported. Any modification breaks the chain.

Our NHS-specific assessment is still in development, but you do not have to wait for it. Your trust can build its own assessments today, with your own dimensions, criteria and weighting, targeted at clinical or non-clinical roles and shared across your organisation.

What can an NHS organisation use today?
Today, clinical and non-clinical staff can complete an AI readiness assessment that produces a benchmarked 0 to 100 Digital Score across five dimensions, with individual growth plans and team-level benchmarking. The governance layer, a tamper-evident audit trail and human oversight of AI, is live and designed for regulated settings.
Do you have an NHS-specific product?
Not yet as a finished product. An NHS-specific digital maturity assessment, Information Governance and DSPT alignment guidance, and board, ICB and CQC evidence reporting are in active development. We are inviting a small number of early NHS pilots to help shape them.
Are you DSPT certified?
No. We are building DSPT alignment guidance and working towards a Data Security and Protection Toolkit self-assessment, and we are honest that it is not yet complete. What is real today is the governance and audit architecture, which is designed for regulated health environments.
Can we build our own assessments?
Yes, and this is available today even though our NHS-specific assessment is not. A no-code builder lets your admins create assessments with their own dimensions, questions and weighting, set their own score bands, target specific roles, and share them across your organisation. Assessments are versioned, so revising one does not detach submissions already taken against it.
How is AI governed in a clinical context?
We integrate the Collaborative Human-Agent Protocol (CHAP). Every AI decision is hash-chained and auditable, a human-oversight ladder keeps a person accountable, and outputs disclose the model and confidence. The evidence trail can be exported for your information-governance team to review.
